Placing An Order

Online Credit Cards. The primary method we receive orders is via the internet. This is the preferred method. Online at our secure website hosted by Yahoo. The shopping cart is secure and encrypted. You will receive an immediate order confirmation so that you can review the submitted information for errors.

Phone Orders. If you prefer, we also accept phone orders. Call 800.825.0750 to place order. As a micro small company our phone lines are not always manned. Leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible... be patient, it may take us a day or two to respond to your call. We apologize for this inconvenience in advance.

Orders By Mail. Include your shipping address and a complete description of the items you prefer. Be sure to include a phone number in case we may need to get in touch with you. Mail your check or money order to

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Also, we accept personal checks and money orders. However, please note that orders paid by business or personal check may be held until funds clear your bank. Credit card orders are not charged until the order ships.

Shipping Rates, Timeline & Carriers

Free Shipping Policy. Cleret provides FREE ground shipping on orders of $35 and more within the contiguous states. Orders under $35 will be charged $5.99. Free shipping is done via ground service through a carrier of our choice. Free shipping does not apply to customers in AK, HI, PR or international destinations. Shipping to AK, HI and PR is $5.99 regardless of amount. If you are shipping to an area outside of the U.S. or desire faster shipping please call us at 800.825.0750.

Shipping Timeline. As a small company we cannot ship every day! Shipments go out twice weekly. During holidays this may increase by one day.

Shipping Carriers. Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped by USPS.

Returns

We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as the following conditions are met:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by original packaging material and accessories. We will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.

• Returned items must be returned clean and free of animal residue, or we may refuse to issue credit.

• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item. In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). To do so, please email faq@cleret.com with the reason for the return. You will then be provided with an RA number which must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Items returned without an RA will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
