Orders will automatically be sent vis USPS unless the customer specifically requests for us to use an alternate shipper. In this case, if there is an additional charge to use the customers preferred shipper the customer will be notified and that additional amount will need to be paid before the order can be shipped.
Delivery
Due to the dramatically increased amount of fraud in the Ecommerce landscape. if you claim not to have received your order, we will immediately open a case with the USPS. If the USPS records show through tracking that your order was delivered successfully to the shipping address that you indicated upon completing your order, the USPS claim will be denied and accordingly your order will not be resent or refunded. Special circumstances can be considered on a case by case basis. If an order is MIA in the USPS blackhole, the customer is required to contact us as soon as possible to initiate an inquiry. A replacement will be sent to the customer. If the original order is delivered to the customer successfully, the customer is required to return it "Return to Sender". If the order is accepted, the customers should contact us for a pre-paid return label (pre-approval required). If the customer submits a chargeback through their bank, and the chargeback is accepted, the customer is required to pay for the order received and pay the associated bank fee from their bank. If the customer receives the reorder and the original order and a chargeback has been filed, both orders need to be paid for by the customer as well as the associated bank chargeback fee as well as any additional fees associated with collecting the outstanding payment (s).
